For those of you who don’t know, Rich Piana was a YouTube “Fitness” celebrity. There are a lot of negative things you could say about the guy, but for now I will follow his motto and “always focus on the positive.” Before he passed away (recently, from sketchy circumstances) he used to produce his own “homemade reality show.” He was an edgy character with a busy exciting life, and I guess I enjoyed vicarious thrills through his content. He used to have interesting habits and thoughts. One time he opened a jar of unprocessed peanut butter (the kind where the oil separates to the top, and it’s a pain and a chore to mix back together), poured the oil down the drain, and said in a sarcastic tone, “OMG! I’m a genius! Low fat peanut butter!” There were a lot of moments like that, where I said to myself, “why didn’t I think of that?”
This is by far my favorite video of his. If someone was really wise, they’d avoid professional bodybuilding all together (because there is no money in it and it’s bad for your health and longevity), but his general point is maybe the most enlightened speech I have ever heard in my whole life. It’s up to you to find truth for yourself. No one owes it to you, and you damn well shouldn’t expect to get it without a lot sacrifice. Think for yourself. Don’t follow the herd off a cliff. Analyze, experiment. Most importantly, there is always a better way - to do EVERYTHING. The possibilities are endless/infinite. Now if you’ll excuse me, there’s a story on North Korea on the news, and it’s time for the “2 minutes hate.”

He's right though, all that shit they tell you, it's rumors. They have a decent idea how it all works, but the details depend on the person.
