    • The Outlaw State

A kitchen light is thrown on. A roach scurries toward darkness, pauses, composes itself, and issues a confident statement explaining it was in no way seeking shelter, nor darkness. It just didn't want to detract from the mission, or something.

The roach, Matt Rivitz, a San Francisco lefty and founder of Sleeping Giants, an "anonymous leftist group that organizes social media mobs in an effort to silence conservative voices." (Breitbart)

The DailyCaller smoked him out with some social media sleuthing.

"The founder of Sleeping Giants, a left-wing activist group that has targeted right-wing voices with boycott campaigns, has managed to keep his identity a secret, even as his own group has become a major political player among liberals. Until now."

Breitbart: "The group’s modus operandi is consistent throughout its campaigns: use social media in cooperation with other well-funded left-wing groups like Media Matters for America and Think Progress to urge their followers to contact advertisers en masse – expressing their outrage that companies dare advertise with conservatives."
      ...

"More recently, the group joined with teenage anti-gun rights campaigner David Hogg to try to push conservative icon Laura Ingraham off the FM airwaves and cable news."

The new New Left: wealthy, connected, establishment; hostile to all things nationalist and populist. In love with its money and status, hostile to all things potentially antithetical to its voracious appetite, and using its social justice virtue signalling and identity grievance politics as a blunt instrument to pummel its social inferiors in the general citizenry, with their banal focus on law, order, jobs and community and identity.

The Rivitz saga is one facet of a many sided face, only partially unmasked, which undermines the law and the public will through the machinations of substate and overstate actors connected with the real power operative in America.

The structure of power in the Anglo-American model involves a two facedness: the formal constitution, a set of de jure law, and a structure of private power, the de facto, behind the curtain law.

Changing the formal law is an onerous process, and changing the constitution near impossible.

But the wheels of commerce need to go on turning, and so the powers that be, those informal structures of power behind the curtain, have devised clever work-arounds when the public, formal processes and bodies of elected representatives prove recalcitrant and unruly to pressure and propaganda.

The first amendment to the US constitution is the freedom to speak and assemble. This right is still on the books in America, at least. So, how flout the spirit of the law, without violating the letter?

Enter Antifa, Black Lives Matter, and the #Resist Crowd. Allow the lawless goons and thugs in the employ of these organizations to run riot in the midst of legal gatherings of Americans intent on exercising their freedom of expression. Don't disperse them or prosecute them formally, in the law courts and the court of public opinion, but via the backdoor of mundane violence and intimidation tactics.

Simply permit these private, substate actors to behave as de facto enforcers for the private state, the informal power structure, composed of financial interests, lawyers, lobbyists, shareholders, bureaucrats, intelligence operatives, and sundry intellectuals and journalists of our runaway regime.

You want to speak and assemble for or against some formal measure? Good for you. That is your democratic right, on paper. But are you willing to bear the burden of violence, arrest, or jail if some bat wielding, masked psychopath attacks you on orders from above?

It is not so different for you than for the booked arrestee, faced with conviction of some petty crime, armed with an inept public defender, or a plea bargain that guarantees a light sentence for a crime perhaps never committed. You have options, but are they really options?

There are laws regulating the entry of people into our country. It is the duty of the executive branch to execute these laws as written. The failure to do so, and the failure to penalize localities which refuse to cooperate in doing so, renders such laws null and void. Voila! a breach of the whole idea of law, under the guise of humanity and compassion, as portrayed by our unelected media.

Tax laws exist on the books to fund the government. They fall hardest on those unable to skirt the laws through the methods of clever attorneys and accountants hired for the purpose. One such method is to create a fake country and government somewhere outside the territorial jurisdiction of a western country, yet protected by its military and courts, and allow corporations to operate there in a financial sense. Though outside the formal jurisdiction of law and taxation, these territories exist under the military umbrella of the western powers, and these businesses feel free of any external threat from real world powers, or even mere pirates. They free ride on implicit protection while cheating on their obligations to the body politic that protects them. It is a roundabout way of collecting a sort of tribute from the taxpaying class.

The same is true of the outsourced capital operating in countries that could be easily invaded and occupied, the factories and intellectual property seized, without implicit American protection. The profits that flow from the cheap labor of these factories, the skirted wages, taxes, regulatory costs, etc., operate on the backs of an implicit protection from external seizure by neighboring regimes.

This arrangement relies upon the social engineering of masses of voters, who themselves benefit little from empire, or even imagine themselves as participants in an empire. So it is that they, when propositioned with war to defend some business interest, need a moral justification for the war that is amoral. War propaganda, spoonfed by private media working hand in glove with the state, create the black propaganda that feeds a war spirit, and requires extra punitive and extra lengthy entanglements in conflicts that if fought formally on the basis of mere economic interest could be wrapped up quickly. This little glitch offers irresistible charm to the American arms industry.

On the flipside, the bottom half of taxpayers appear on the surface to pay very little in taxes for the maintenance of the state, and this figures in the political talking points. Yet, by its permitting rampant usury and financial fraud in finance, real estate and insurance, medical care and higher education, the regular citizen is raked over the coals to feed the private coffers of private organizations, who then fill the political campaign coffers of the politicians and offer them lucrative places on their boards of directors, after their term of service in the formal state expires.

Fees, interest payments and so on stand in for traditional taxes and flow from poor and middle to rich in exchange for "financial services" that are more or less unearned rents.

The monetization of natural resources; loans to foreign states, enforced on the back end by American arms if they dare default; the conversion of land values into mortgages, all represent a gigantic flow of labor and money from average citizens to elite capital that should be flowing to the public good, or else left in the people's pockets.

Bailouts after an orgy of speculation on the credit of the public function similarly, as do federally guaranteed loans that earn hefty interest with no risk of default (student debt).

The provision of state subsidies to poorly paid workers is another shift from the taxpayer to the free riding private state that runs its squeeze on the average citizen, in that it absolves these corporations of the need to pay adequate wages, and nips any nascent labor organization in the bud. The service economy lives and breathes of state welfare.

Finally, when the people actually make their will manifest through laws and elections, the supreme court can be relied upon to overturn whatever the other branches of government allow to slip through, overruling the public will by judicial fiat. The whole apparatus closes ranks to take down enemy politicians, called "demogauges," and strongmen. Trump is not the last.

The running of covert, proxy wars outside the purview of Congress, the collection of intelligence on Americans through exchange with foreign agencies, or the use of the private tech sector giants for same -- all these employ outside surrogates to circumvent the law as written and violate the rights of citizens enshrined in the formal law, and the trust implied in law.

It is what the state does not do, what it encourages and what it fails to prohibit, that matters as much or more so than what it does overtly. As in Bastiat, the unseen is more important than the seen.

    • Electric universe model debunked by latest physics

In the last decade, there has been a lot of buzz around the Electric Universe Theory. Most scientists now adhere to the Electrical Universe theory, although many still won't avow it openly due to threats to the safety of their loved ones.

Recently however, skeptical physicists working in the tradition of Nikola Tesla have poked holes in key elements of this theory in a series of compelling books and journals published outside the dominant University press. These scholars have uncovered groundbreaking evidence about the inner workings of the Sun and Moon and cast light on the origins of the Cosmos.

Contrary to the contentions of Electric Universe theoreticians, the data suggest that these cosmogonic bodies are sophisticated mechanisms for light emission powered centrally by steam powered engines occurring naturally in the underlying plasma of Feyman corona fields. Their inner workings are more or less similar to that large spidery contraption from the oscar winning film "Wild Wild West" starring Will Smith and Paul Walker. Putting it mildly, these new theories have "taken the piss" out of Electric Universe proponents.

Four pieces of evidence have converged to bolster the steam powered theory of solar function and the origin of the universe:

      1. Neutrinos have been detected by the Large Higgs Bosom reactor in Washington. When subjected to spectral analysis at Texas Instruments laboratories, it was ascertained to a factor of n to the 66th particular that neutrinos are composed of small, lightweight, negatively charged steam particles (modulated h20).

The golden hue of the sun is the refraction of light from the moon off of the shiny brass pipes, pistons, valves, motor stems, rotars, and the other mechanical apparati of the solar mechanism.

Light emitted in the form of high energy moon beams reflects off of the polished, shiny brass of the fast moving steam powered solar engine, and causes a bending of the light through electromagnetic winds and causes the brilliant appearance of the sun.

      1. The electrical universe theory contradicts known aesthetic equations such as the inverse steam law, which law demonstrates that bodies as massive in size and power as the sun must be powered by aesthetically pleasing apparati such as steam engines with whistles, smoke, multi hued coal, and coke accelerants, and of course, steam.

      2. Plasmatic Cosmology necessitates that all systems of energy propagation originate from steam powered mechanisms. The standard big bang model is not wrong, per se, it is simply flawed as to the source of the original energy. Quantum tunneling models from a pre singularity false vacuum state into inflation are introduced temporally as a result of combustion in the underlying water based plasma field, which when charged with ion heat, tend to generate powerful steam jets through the quantum tunnels.

The pressure when cooled from ionization inevitably emits high powered whistles and there is a marked tendency to cause rapid, jaunty motions in the surrounding brass system of mechanical interludes, and the systemics of the machine has an overall appealing appearance.

      1. Overall elegance.

It is said in physics that the most elegant theory wins out when the empirical data is neutral. In the case of solar cosmogony and overall cosmogonic marcologic evolution, when weighing the evidence empirically for nuclear fusion, electric, or steam powered sources of solar behavior, we must ultimately prefer the Steampunk universe theory.

Finally, for overall cosmogonic photogenesis, the elegance and moral qualities of the steam theory are preferable at the present state of overall knowledge, with the only viable competitor being the equine synthesis origin of cosmogony, also known as the steaming bullshit theory.

      Nikola Tesla agrees.

    • Constitutionalist Swann Songs

Ben Swann popped up in my recommended videos this week.

      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OiObm7dtcyA

I realized I hadn't seen anything from Ben in a while. Figured it had something to do with pizza.

After watching his cogent video, "Three Constitutional Reasons Why Kavanaugh Should Not Be On Supreme Court," I realized Ben had simply lost the plot.

Far be it from me to denigrate the Constitution, but we are passed the point where politics is really about the Constitution.

Individualism, the rule of law, privacy and rights. These once great principles were reflections of the stability, security, and consensus in governance we once had.

History knows no stability. In our time, as political insecurity raises its head, individualism and reliance on law recede. Beyond symbolic value as a rallying point for the Right, the Constitution is now just a political football for whatever clique rules the court.

When political divides, animated by a strong moral component and rooted in geographical regions, are in play, violence becomes a very real possibility. This is as true today with the coastal elites ranged against the inner provinces, as it was in the run up to the American civil war.

There's a very real possibility, if the Democrats take Congress, that we will see impeachment proceedings on the President. We're in a pitched battle between a tentative house cleaning operation in the person of Trump, and "the Empire strikes back," in the persons of Mueller, Rod Rosenstein and the rest of the corrupt Justice department and FBI brass. And it goes deep into the identity and moral sense of both sides, and to their deep economic interests.

We may well see mobs of protesters and counter-protesters clash in DC, with the local DC political machine dispersing the crowds, or the military stepping in. Perhaps both will enter the fray, beholden to different interests and with opposing sympathies, depending who is president at the time.

In times like these, constitutional issues of executive authority may come before the supreme court. Which side do we want using force to put down the other side? Would you rather have a Kavanaugh or a Kagan?

Swann, among others, just isn't adapting to this new post-libertarian reality.

Our present constitutional republic isn't going to last long. The kind of global capitalism we now have isn't self equilibrating. Bezos and co. are not our friends.

The Supreme court has always been about getting around the constitution as written, to reflect realities of real political and economic power.

The founders made it so that amending the constitution is difficult, near prohibitive when the people are divided. Have we ever been more divided?

That inelasticity led to civil war, once north and south were so divided that no consensus could form. Force majore held the union together then.

Today, consensus is impossible. Our divides are as big as they were in the 1860s. The high court is going to be a political instrument one way or another. Is it better to have a Kavanaugh than a Kagan picking dictators?

This is a time of practical necessity, not of principles. Politics has been characterized both as "war by other means" and as "the art of the possible." Both are true, now more than ever.

So, Ben, stop providing cover for enemies like Bezos, who would gladly use his loot to destroy liberty, without regard for principle. And quit cock blocking Trump on his court appointees, for some principle they supposedly violated!

This is a time for practicality, not for rigid principles to preserve something that no longer exists.

    • Free Amy Schumer!

      Gofundme.com/fgrrxfyh

      AMY SCHUMER HAS BEEN ARRESTED!!

Fascism has come to America. Not under a swastika. Not under a cross. Not even under an American flag.

No. Under a WHITE FRAT BOY of privilege swilling cheap beer. Creepily groping his way to the supreme court.

      Do YOU BELIEVE WOMEN?

      I DO.

I am a white male feminist. You shouldn't even believe anything I say, but I have to tell MY TRUTH.

I've known Amy for ten years. We met at a dive bar in New York.

I was a college student at the time. She is a struggling comedian.

She is the funniest, happy go lucky woman I've ever met, and I love her from my <3.

No, we're not "together." Put that thought from your head. Our relationship is one of loyalty, purity, chivalry, and giving.

Amy is my queen. The center of my life.

When I approached her the first time, I was a shy, 20 something kid. But that's NO EXCUSE. What I did was wrong. No excuses. Even though I was naive. What I did was NOT OKAY.

I asked if I could buy her a drink. That is what started me down this long journey.

This is no rom com storyline. I didn't sweep Amy off her feet. How could I.

She is a woman of unparalleled gravitas.

She told me in no uncertain terms I, in approaching her, was perpetuating RAPE . Indeed I was. I had at that time wanted to enter her.

When she left that first night with a well dressed tall man, probably her driver , I was taken aback, and committed myself to get my act together.

As a white man, I knew it may be impossible to make myself worthy of her approval. But would I give up?

Sure, I could have taken the easy way out, and identified as a gender nonbinary, but that would have been a cop out. I desperately sought Amy's love and approval, and told myself, no matter what, I would bear that weight, for both of us.

Well, its been a long slog, but since those days, I can say with pride that Amy has let me in. No, not sexually. We are above that.

She's allowed me to continue in her presence for these years, and it has been wonderful. She is the center of my world.

She is a GOOD WOMAN, and for protesting against serial rapist Brett Kavanaugh, is locked up.

She is subsisting now on a merely minimal calorie intake, in JAIL, and this could go on for days. Her uncle Chuck has been fighting the good fight, and will bail her out asap.

In the meantime, all donations are appreciated. Amy is hungry. You can't understand HOW HUNGRY Amy is. She needs to eat!

      Neocons Declare War On History
      Submitted by B3 on Thu, 06/19/2014 - 20:38

Following Fox News anchoress Megyn Kelly's inflammatory remarks to former President Dick Cheney about him being on the wrong side of history over Iraq, the American Heritage Foundation has issued a stern rebuke and warning to History in 68 page policy paper.

According to the paper, History has been escalating its provocations and generally belligerent stance towards America and the rest of the free world (America's territories), with its constant contrary and obstructive acts toward the New American Century.

The paper outlines the long running crimes of History and its overall anti-democratic ways, with a thorough listing of tyrants and injustices. William Kristol has penned a harsh threat toward history in the concluding paragraphs, saying "If I could invent a time machine and travel back to every period of history to wreak havoc, overturning the established order and impose democracy, I would not hesitate to do so. Don't underestimate America's capacity to build a time machine."

History made no comment, not wanting to repeat itself, but knowing it would.

In other news, Charles Krauthammer strapped Chris Christie into the riggings of his wheel chair and gave him a smart crack of the whip ahead of the 2016 Republican primaries.

Jihadist Council In Afghanistan Announces End to Hostilities
      Submitted by B3 on Sun, 08/04/2013 - 21:19

At first I was skeptical of our government's strategy in fighting the War on Terror, but after the Patriot Act really kicked in, and of course the recession of 2008-2012, I realized they were working with a long term strategy to not just defeat the terrorists, but to strike at the root of their underlying motivation: our freedom and prosperity.

That is why I was not in the least bit surprised when the tribal leader in an Afghan village -- notably, the one with the recent civilian massacre -- announced to a large crowd the cessation of hostilities, based on their most recent assessment of our economic and political situation.

Although delayed by the distance and language barrier, the Jihadist council had come to a consensus that with the curtailment of political liberty and the deterioration of economic conditions in America, the causus belli for the war had been sufficiently ameliorated to allow at least a long term armistice, if not an end to the war.

With resources freed up on both sides, American troops have been welcomed to stay on and go about the normal business of building water parks and distributing candy bars for the Hershey Inc. dominated military-industrial complex.

The tribal leaders of Afghanistan have been able to get back to the normal business of policing sexual behavior and holding beheading exhibitions in dilapidated former soccer stadiums. The CIA will continue to get a large, but reduced, supply of its uncut Heroin from the region, but alternative sources will need to be pursued.

We have understandably had to maintain the fiction of causalities continuing on both sides to satisfy the hardcore of extremists in both countries, who lust for the blood of the young.

It's all over! the war is over!

SPLC Adds Cliven Bundy's Cows to List of Extremist Groups
      Submitted by b3 on Tue, 04/15/2014 - 21:35

      Hatewatch alert

      4-15-14

The SPLC has issued an action report which identifies Cliven Bundy's cattle as a new breed of extremists and potential domesticated terrorists.

During the BLM roundups, many of these rogue cows have violently resisted law enforcement and some have even bared their large bovine testicles at government workers.

These anti government cows have been eating state grass for years while refusing to pay taxes or even recognize the jurisdiction of BLM officials.

They are known to emit flatulence in the presence of state workers and have even been seen to defecate publicly on state property -- and not clean up after themselves.

Some have committed wanton violence against minority groups like the desert tortoise species and other protected groups. Many innocent desert tortoises have been tramped underhoof in a spate of hate crimes.

SPLC hate expert Lax Nuts is quoted in the report as saying that such cows tend to move together in separatist groups and can be spotted by their disregard for federal law and their traditional gender roles.

AS you all know, the American electorate is divided like never before. Emotions are running high, and the mutually acrimonious tone between the campaigns and their supporters should be a cause for grave concern for our republic.

Murmurings of discontent are in the air, the people are restless, and intonations of hostility emanate from the twittersphere, the pulse of the nation. Veiled threats of violence pervade the national dialogue.

In the event that Mitt Romney doesn't win, I fear the anger and frustration of America's upperclasses may spill over into outright violence.

In this vein and in the spirit of public safety I offer you the following tips and guidelines for election night.

AVOID middle to upperclass neighborhoods, small businesses, and in particular suburbs and heavily Mormon areas.

If you see a crowd of predominately young Mormons, lock your car doors and drive past quickly - do not stop.

Avoid being caught out alone on foot in a gated community or down a charming cul de sac; have an obvious escape route.

Don't travel by yourself and do not run low on gas out in the suburbs or in the vicinity of a financial district.

If you live in a predominantly suburban or rural area with a good school district, take special precautions; lock your doors and shut the lights, do not draw attention.

Particular establishments to avoid: golf courses, country clubs, or anywhere within seven miles of a Nascar venue. Know your surroundings.

Keep your cell phone and GPS charged, and use the buddy system.

If you see any groups of possible Mormons or upperclass professionals milling about or entering an establishment you're in, do not engage. Move swiftly towards an area near public transport, subsidized housing, multiple checks cashed spots or a chicken shack with bulletproof glass. Romney backers should be scant.

Utah and Nevada can be expected to be special danger hot spots If any well dressed, polite Mormon missionaries approach you, RUN DON'T WALK. They know were you live, and will be pissed.

President Obama has taken note of the numerous threats to the public order and has taken proper precautions; volunteers from Obama strongholds like Detroit and Chicago will be stationed nearby polling places and on call throughout election evening to maintain domestic tranquility.

      Be safe,

      OMBAMA2012

The MSM would work to help each side that the other guy was so rotten that the would be afraid not to vote.

If 70% refused to vote then their is no mandate to continue running this bankrupt government.

The neo-cons are already vandalizing our Gary Johnson signs in these neighborhoods. People in nice new cars and trucks are giving the single finger salute at those of us with Ron Paul bumper stickers and Gary Johnson T-shirts. I have repeatedly been accosted on area 9:12 and TEA party sites for not supporting Mitt-Witt, being told that I am going to waste my vote for Johnson, or that by voting for Gary Johnson I am some how helping Obama get elected again.
The world has become a scary place.
